Introducing ‘Nourish’ at Valerian Court Care Home

In line with our brand new care home opening soon, we are delighted to announce that we are partnering with Nourish the award-winning digital care management system at Valerian Court Care Home. Offering the very best in person-centred care for our future residents is our main priority and Nourish will help us do just that.

From carrying out our initial care assessment prior to moving into the home and throughout a resident's time with us, we will create personalised care plans for each and every resident which will then be recorded on Nourish. By implementing this system, our care teams will be empowered by using data to better understand each of our residents. 

The insights that Nourish will provide our teams will allow for better decision-making and even greater visibility for monitoring, analysing, and improving care practices, ensuring that individidual-focused care is at the heart of everything we do.

By using handsets, that look like mobile phones, our care team will be able to accurately record at the point of care, enabling our carers to spend more quality time with our residents rather than having to manually update care plans.

Information will be recorded in a timely and accurate fashion and will further provide a level of assurance for residents' loved ones of the care and support that they are receiving.

We will strive for high standards in everything we do and by investing in equipment and resources, we can ensure that the care delivered to residents will be both efficient and specific to their needs.
