To ensure that each of our residents receives care that is unique to them, our teams collaborate with residents and their families to provide the best possible care. The support and care we offer reflects the needs of each resident; whether residents need a friendly face to talk to, a little additional help during mealtimes or around-the-clock medical care, we’re here to help.

We strive to provide a warm, welcoming environment that makes visitors feel like they are part of the Valerian Court family. Expert guidance and assistance to family and friends, as well as our residents, is a critical step toward becoming the most effective carers possible. Building relationships between staff, residents and their families is a priority for us, and allows us to gain a deeper understanding of our residents than we could have ever imagined.

We recognise and understand the importance of forming long-lasting bonds with residents and their loved ones, and so we create individualised care plans for each of our residents. We want our residents to be able to get the most out of each day, and no matter what challenges they may be facing we strive to ease frustrations and ensure residents are comfortable at every moment.
