At Valerian Court, our café is a facility where our residents can receive regular treats baked by our team and unlimited hot drinks. It is an area full of tranquility, encouraging our residents to relax and get lost in their newspapers or book, or allowing them to catch up with other residents or loved ones.

Providing residents with areas that they can feel comfortable in is our utmost priority, and we ensure we achieve this in all of our facilities such as the café. It is one of our most popular facilities, and we can see why due to the communal feel it provides.

Enjoy a Treat With Your Loved Ones

Our café offers a relaxed environment at all times, making it a brilliant space for residents to get engrossed in their favourite book or daily newspaper. Our café team is on hand to bring residents unlimited tea or coffee, alongside a sweet treat when they need it. This communal area allows residents to spend quality time with their loved ones. Afternoon tea is also offered on a regular basis which is a light meal to enjoy with a family member be it a special occasion or just because it’s something you enjoy doing together.

A Social Dining Space

The home has a designated dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner but that doesn’t stop residents from visiting our café for a mid-afternoon snack, a hot beverage or even a tipple of their choice. The café has a bar area where residents can enjoy a glass of bubbly or beer with fellow residents or family members. Residents are encouraged to utilise this space however they wish to so if they would like to read a newspaper or play a card game they are welcome to do so.
