Valerian Court Welcomes its Team For Their Induction

Sonia the Home Manager has been delighted to welcome her first cohort of team members for their induction to Valerian Court. The team which consisted of Care Assistants, Nurses, Housekeeping Assistants, Activity Coordinators and a Hairdresser had a great first week learning about the company’s values, dementia, hospitality, and activities training to name just a few of the sessions.

The induction sessions provide a great opportunity of bringing everyone together in one room, where they can get to know one another and work as a team to achieve certain objectives.

The training will continue for a further 2 weeks which will help staff to work seamlessly with one another and be fully prepared ahead of the home's opening.
